Let us help you as you move in and out of your home! Enjoy a comprehensive cleaning for occupied homes with minimal furnishings inside. Please note that there is a minimum amount of P2,500 for booking the Move-in, Move-out Cleaning Service.

Service Details

The Move-in, Move-out Cleaning Service includes:

  1. Disinfecting and thorough scrubbing of the bathroom. Cleaning of all surfaces including inside the cabinets.
  2. Wiping the walls in the entire home or office.
  3. Sweeping and mopping of the entire floor.
  4. Cleaning and dusting of the windows (inside only).
  5. Thorough cleaning of kitchen/pantry surfaces, including the inside of cabinets.
  6. Cleaning of the refrigerator - please note that the refrigerator should be empty.
  7. Thorough cleaning of all shelves in all the rooms/office spaces.
  8. Cleaning inside closets and shelves - please note that this does not include organizing.
  9. Cleaning of ceilings within 10 feet.
  10. Vacuuming of beds and sofas if there is still time within the 5 hour allotment.

Service Exclusions

The Move-in/Move-out Cleaning Service does not include:

  1. Moving of heavy furniture or items such as sofas, tables, mattresses
  2. Removal of paint stains and hard stains on any type of surface
  3. Scrubbing of entire floors and walls - we will clean selected areas
  4. Cleaning of delicate objects like chandeliers
  5. Cleaning of grout

  • Transportation Fees

    Please note that all website bookings are exclusive of transportation fees to and from our headquarters. We will charge transportation depending on your location.
