3 Ways We Ensure Our Home Cleaning Service Is COVID-19 Safe

Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, our top priority has always been the safety of our clients and cleaners. Whenever you book any of our home cleaning services, our Happy Helpers take the necessary protective measures so you can enjoy a worriless experience. Here are three ways we are ensuring that the service you receive is COVID-19 safe:

1. All our Happy Helpers are fully vaccinated

Earlier this year, new COVID-19 variants were discovered in the country and these, particularly the Delta variant, were shown to be highly infectious. Because of this, we took the initiative to have all of our Happy Helpers vaccinated as soon as possible, and as of July 22, 2021, all of our staff have been fully vaccinated. A big thank you to the City of Taguig for your efficient and organized vaccine efforts!

2. We disinfect high-touch areas in your home

We would like you to have a safe experience whenever you book our house cleaning service. As part of our Happy Helpers’ training, we’ve enforced a number of safety measures that they have to follow before, during, and after any cleaning job. This includes having health clearance, wearing a mask at all times, and regular hand washing and sanitizing. We also disinfect high-touch areas in your home (i.e. door knobs, light switches, refrigerator handles, tables, etc.) as part of our post construction cleaning and deep cleaning services. In addition, we offer disinfection service for both homes and commercial offices within Metro Manila, Philippines.

3. We sanitize our equipment, van, and office daily

Our Happy Helpers disinfect their cleaning materials such as the vacuum hose and pouches before and after they visit your homes. To keep you protected, they also sanitize all cleaning equipment again once they have returned to the office, and use the disinfection fogging machine to remove unwanted germs and bacteria from the office and van.

As the number of COVID-19 cases remains disconcerting, we would like to encourage you to get vaccinated as this does not only protect you, but also those around you, from being infected with the virus. This pandemic is something we will all have to learn to live with and taking the necessary safety measures such as wearing a mask, washing your hands, and having yourself vaccinated are small steps that will pave the way for a COVID-free future.
